The hot-dipped procedure is for the primary frames and columns of buildings used for ocean or salt applications. The steel is taken to a separate facility and completely submerged in our galvanizing tanks.
Very seldom. This would only happen if someone put a deposit down and then later cancelled the project. The building would have specific wind and snow load designs and would be restricted as to where it was sold. It would not be sitting in our warehouse.
